  • 10.2 Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
  • 10.3 Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • 10.4 Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through our services
  • 10.5 Any errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage incurred from use of content

11. Consequential Damages Exclusion

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or our services exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, government actions, or failures of third-party service providers. During such events, the affected party's obligations shall be suspended to the extent necessary.

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.

14. Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. The dispute resolution process shall proceed as follows:

  • 14.1 Informal Negotiation: The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication for at least 30 days
  • 14.2 Mediation: If negotiations fail, either party may request mediation by a neutral third party mutually agreed upon
  • 14.3 Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus

15. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

16. Terms Modification Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon:

  • 16.1 Posting the updated terms on our website with a new "Last updated" date
  • 16.2 Providing notice to users with active service agreements via email
